Hi Harry's mum I started back at work 2 weeks ago when Jordan turned 3 months. I am epxressing during my lunch break and when I get home so that we can give Jordan EBM in the bottle when I away. I started expressing a week before so that I would have a couple days bottles in advance, just incase I had a bad day. You can freeze the EBM in the freezer for 3 months so if you wanted to build up a upply you certainly could start now.
